About Rekindle Your Fire
Meet Cinder,
our fire-breathing mascot!
Our Mission
Rekindle Your Fire is here to serve people who are experiencing burnout and want to learn how to recover.
But unlike many burnout recovery programs that are full of checklists and to-dos and pressure, we focus on calm and community. We don't want to get you back to the way you were. We want to get you back to being who you truly are, before the overwork and life circumstances twisted you into a ragged, hollow version of yourself that you no longer recognize.
That will involve some big changes. For some, the changes are largely internal, shifting of mindsets, nervous system resets, dopamine detoxes. For others, careers may change, or they may even end up starting their own businesses.
We will teach you how to set better boundaries, understand what a "normal" workload actually looks like, and help you discover that you don't have to save everyone anymore. We want to help reunite you with your true self, feel your hopes and dreams again, and feel fully alive, maybe for the first time ever.
The Rekindle Your Fire story is Your Story. What will your next chapter look like?
Ember Wildwood
Hi, I’m Ember, founder of Rekindle Your Fire.
I built Rekindle Your Fire because I needed it and it didn't exist.
For years, I was the person everyone could count on. Single mom, provider, the one who took on the extra project, the extra shift, the extra person who needed help, and made it all look easy. I told myself that was just who I was, capable, strong, the one who didn't need help.
Then one ordinary morning, on a drive I'd taken a hundred times before, I couldn't stop crying. Not about anything in particular. Just years of never once stopping, finally catching up to me all at once.
I went to the ocean, the one place that had always felt like home to me, and felt nothing. That was the moment I knew something was actually wrong.
I had built my whole identity out of performing "amazing provider" and "successful," and the performance had eaten the person underneath until I couldn't hear what she actually wanted anymore. A new job wouldn't have touched that.
I left. I moved. I went looking for somewhere that would let me actually recover, and every program I found instead handed me another checklist, another system, another way to fix myself faster.
So I built the thing I needed and didn't have.
Rekindle Your Fire exists because recovery has to come before rebuilding, and because you deserve a place that believes that too.
