  • Any other information you voluntarily provide when you communicate with us or interact with our services.

Information collected automatically:

  • Standard analytics data, such as pages visited, approximate/general location, device type, browser type, and how you interact with our website. This may be collected through Squarespace's built-in analytics and other analytics or tracking tools we use.

  • Cookies and similar technologies used to make the website function, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and improve our content and services.

  • Advertising and conversion data collected through tools such as the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag. These tools may collect information about your visits to our website, the pages you view, actions you take, and interactions with our content. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for several purposes, including making the website function properly, remembering preferences, understanding how visitors use the site, measuring the effectiveness of our marketing, and improving your experience.

Some cookies are necessary for the website to operate and cannot be disabled through our cookie settings. Other cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies, may be optional.

Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies or using similar tracking technologies on your device. This may include technologies used by services such as the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag.

Third-party advertising and analytics providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services when you interact with our website, as described in this policy and our cookie settings.

We may use Google Tag Manager to manage and deploy certain tags and tracking technologies on our website. Google Tag Manager itself is a tag-management system; the technologies deployed through it may collect information as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

You can manage your cookie preferences through our cookie settings tool or through your browser settings. You can also withdraw or change your consent at any time where our cookie settings provide that option.

Third-party services we use may also place their own cookies or use similar technologies. These services may collect information about your activity on our website and may use that information according to their own privacy policies.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website, community, or services.

What Rekindle Your Fire is — and isn't

Rekindle Your Fire provides educational content, community, coaching, and other resources related to burnout, work, business, personal growth, and wellbeing.

Our content and services are educational and are not medical or mental health care. Ember Wildwood is not a medical or mental health professional, and nothing provided through Rekindle Your Fire is intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or a clinical assessment.

Our content and services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health care. You are responsible for deciding whether information or services provided by Rekindle Your Fire are appropriate for you.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency services rather than relying on this website, community, or our services.

Who can use this site

Our website, Rekindle Community, programs, coaching, and other services are intended for adults age 18 and older. By using our website, joining the community, or purchasing our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Community conduct

The Rekindle Community is intended to be a supportive, respectful space for people exploring burnout, work, business, and personal growth.

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other members.

  • Engage in discrimination, hate speech, or targeted personal attacks.

  • Share another person's private or identifying information without their permission.

  • Use the community to solicit, recruit, or promote another business, product, service, or program without our permission.

  • Recruit members for multi-level marketing or similar business opportunities.

  • Spam members or send unsolicited promotional messages.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.

  • Post content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

  • Use the community in a way that interferes with other members' ability to participate.

Direct-message solicitation, recruiting for other businesses or programs (including MLM-style recruiting), and harassment are not allowed.

We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or remove members who violate these rules or whose conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the community. We may take these actions without prior warning when we believe it is appropriate.

You are responsible for the content you post. You retain ownership of your original content, but by posting it in the Rekindle Community, you grant Wildwood & Free, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and promote the community and our services.

We will not use private community posts as promotional testimonials or marketing materials without your permission.

Community is not a substitute for professional support

The Rekindle Community is a peer and educational community, not a clinical, therapeutic, medical, or crisis-support service.

Community members may share personal experiences, opinions, and advice. We do not necessarily endorse or verify information posted by members, and you should use your own judgment when deciding whether to act on information shared in the community.

Please do not use the community to seek emergency assistance or urgent medical or mental health care.

Payments

Paid services, programs, memberships, courses, workshops, coaching, and other offerings may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase, including pricing, billing frequency, cancellation terms, refund policies, and expiration dates.

Those terms are part of your agreement with us for the applicable offering.

We will clearly disclose the applicable price and billing terms before you complete a purchase.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the website, branding, logos, written content, graphics, videos, courses, educational materials, worksheets, frameworks, and other materials provided by Rekindle Your Fire are owned by or licensed to Wildwood & Free, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our name, trademarks, branding, or other intellectual property in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

Third-party services and links

Our website and services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, products, or services.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, privacy practices, availability, or security. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

A link or reference to a third-party service does not necessarily constitute an endorsement or recommendation.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that our website, community, content, coaching, courses, programs, or other services will produce any particular result.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or descriptions of potential results are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wildwood & Free, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your misuse of our website, community, or services.

  • Content you post or submit.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
